益气养阴活血化痰法治疗冠心病心绞痛对冠状动脉内皮功能的影响及其临床研究

目的:通过观察中医益气养阴、活血化痰法及中药复方制剂"冠心平"治疗冠心病心绞痛患者前后血清ET、NO以及心绞痛症状和心电图等疗效指标的变化,评估"益气养阴、活血化痰"法对冠脉内皮功能的影响及其治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法:临床研究中将不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为两组,试验组40例,对照组40例。试验组予常规西药加中成药冠心平,对照组予常规西药加中成药心可舒,4周为1疗程。结果:临床试验表明,益气养阴、活血化痰法可减轻患者症状,改善心肌供血,提高血清NO含量和降低血浆ET含量。统计表明,试验组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:益气养阴、活血化痰法能改善冠心病心绞痛症状,改善血管内皮功能。

Effective of the Principle of Benifiting Qi Tonifying Yin Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Phlegm on the Vascular Endothelial Function and Angina Pectoris

Objective:To evaluate the effective of the principle of benifiting Qi tonifying yin,promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm on the vascular endothelial function and angina pectoris through observing changes of plasma ET,NO,ECG and symptoms of the patients with coronary heart disease before and after treatment by GuanXinPing granule.Methods:80 cases were divided into two groups.40 cases in treatment group were treated by westen drugs plus GuanXinPing granule and 40 cases in control group by XinKeShu granule for 4 weeks.Results:Clinic tests have indicated that XinKeShu granule can raise the level of NO,lower the level of ET,reduce the symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and improve ECG.Conclusion:The principle of benifiting Qi tonifying yin,promoting blood circulation and removing phlegm can improve vascular endothelial function and relieve angina pectoris.
