三维立体放射诊疗在肺部肿瘤诊断和治疗中的效果研究

目的探讨三维立体放射诊疗在肺部肿瘤诊断和治疗中的效果。方法对我院进行治疗的143例肺部肿瘤患者进行三维立体式放疗,观察其治疗效果和影响。结果治疗1个月后85例患者临床症状减轻,肿瘤有效率为59.4%,治疗3个月后有效率为76.2%;治疗前有101例伴有癌性疼痛,放疗结束后,有78例症状减轻好转,有效率为77.2%;有5例患者在治疗期由于并发感染和脑转移死亡,其余患者均完成放疗。随访1～12个月,有18例患者由于并发肺部感染、全身多处转移和功能衰竭等死亡。结论三维立体放疗技术有效提高靶区照射的准确性,降低了肿瘤周围组织残留细胞增长、扩散和远处转移的机率,减少了周围正常组织的耐受量,具有疗程短、副作用小、疗效显著等优点,值得在临床中使用。

Objective Three-dimensional radiation treatment of lung cancer in the diagnosis and treatment results.Methods Our hospital for treatment of 143 patients with lung cancer patients with three-dimensional three-dimensional radiation therapy, observe the therapeutic effect and impact.Results After 1 month of treatment to reduce clinical symptoms in 85 patients, tumor response rate was 59.4%, effective three months after treatment was 76.2%;before treatment, 101 cases with cancer pain, after radiotherapy, 78 patients with symptomatic relieve improvement,the effective rate was 77.2%;five patients in the treatment period due to concurrent infection and death of brain metastases,and the remaining patients completed radiotherapy. 1 to 12 months follow-up, 18 patients because of pulmonary infection,systemic metastases and failure and other deaths.Conclusion Three-dimensional radiotherapy techniques to effectively improve the accuracy of target irradiation, reducing the residual tissue around the tumor cell growth, proliferation and the probability of distant metastasis,reducing the amount of surrounding normal tissue tolerance, with a short course of treatment,side effects,significant effect,etc.advantages in clinical use.
