| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区健康教育对糖尿病患者的影响。方法社区医生对300例糖尿病患者进行相关知识及生活方式调查,然后进行健康教育。一年后对比糖尿病相关知识知晓率、生活方式的改变情况。结果健康教育后,患者相关知识知晓率显著高于教育前,自觉采用科学生活方式的人数显著增加,差别有统计学意义。结论对糖尿病患者实施社区健康教育可以改变其相关知识知晓率,改变不良的生活方式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the community health education for people with diabetes influence.Methods Community doctors to 300 diabetes patients for knowledge and lifestyle survey,then on health education.After a year of knowledge about diabetes related comparison,the change of lifestyle.Results Health education,patients significantly higher education related knowledge about before,Consciously adopt scientific a dramatic increase in the number of lifestyle.the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion For people with diabetes education implementation of community health related knowledge can change the awareness,change bad way of life. |
