摘    要:目的探讨干扰素-γ、白介素-32和白细胞介素-1β在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法 ELISA法检测健康对照组、COPD稳定组、AECOPD组血清中IFN-γ、IL-32和IL-1β的浓度。结果 AECOPD组的IFN-γ、IL-32和IL-1β的浓度水平显著高于健康对照组、COPD稳定组(P〈0.01)。COPD稳定组较健康对照组的IL-32、IL-1β的浓度水平均显著升高(P均〈0.05);COPD稳定组较健康对照组的IFN-γ水平无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论 IFN-γ、IL-1β、IL-32反馈环可能参与了COPD患者急性加重的炎症反应。

The Clinical Significanc of IFN-γ、IL-32、IL-1β in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Abstract:Objective To explorate the expression and the clinical significance of IFN-γ,IL-32 and IL-1β in serum of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Use the method of ELISA to detect the serum level of IFN-γ,IL-32 and IL-1β in healthy control group,COPD group,AECOPD group.Results There are significantly increased in the serum level of IFN-γ,IL-32 and IL-1β in AECOPD group as compared with healthy control group and COPD stable group(P0.01).there are significantly higher in the serum level of IL-32 and IL-1β between between COPD group and the healthy control group(P0.05).there are not significantly different in the serum level of IFN-γ between COPD group and healthy control group(P0.05).Conclusion The IFN-γ,IL-32,IL-1β feedback loop maybe involved in inflammatory response of AECOPD patients.
