110例皮肤基底细胞癌临床分析

目的通过对皮肤基底细胞癌（BCC）临床特点分析,提高BCC的临床诊断水平,增强群众健康防治意识。方法对110例BCC患者的临床资料进行综合性分析。结果 BCC患者中男、女比例为1：1.29,年龄23～90岁,其中50～79岁占81.82%,农民工居多（78例）。BCC病程长短不一,多发生于头面部。临床表现为多形性,容易误诊,误诊率达23.64%,各临床类型中以色素型最易误诊。结论 BCC的发生与慢性长期日光照射密切相关,病理检查对该病的正确诊断、治疗和预后判断起着重要作用。

110 Cases Skin Basal Cell Carcinoma Clinical Analysis

Objective Through the skin basal cell carcinoma（BCC） clinical characteristics analysis,improve the level of clinical diagnosis of BCC,enhance the health prevention consciousness.Methods Of 110 cases where BCC patients the clinical data of comprehensive analysis.Results BCC patients male,the female proportion 1：1,29,age 23 to 90 years old,which accounts for 50 to 79 years 81.82 %,migrant workers predominance（78 cases）.BCC course with differ accident happens at the head,face.The clinical manifestations of the pleomorphism,it is easy to be misdiagnosed,the misdiagnosis rate 23.64%,each clinical types in pigment type most easily misdiagnosed.Conclusion BCC happening and chronic sunlight closely related,the pathological examination of the disease of the correct diagnosis,treatment and prognosis judgment plays an important role.
