| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨下颌骨转移性肝癌的发病规律、临床特点和诊断要点.方法 结合有关文献报道,对2例经病理确诊的下颌骨转移性肝癌病人临床资料进行总结.结果 下颌骨转移性肝癌多见于中年人,男性多发,表现为下颌骨膨隆伴下唇麻木,多数病人HBsAg阳性.局部手术切除肿瘤后转肿瘤科继续治疗.结论 下颌骨转移性肝癌比较罕见,临床症状不典型,诊断困难,需要行B超、CT、AFP等检查进一步明确诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical features and diagnosis of metastatic hepatic carcinoma to mandible. MethodsClinical data of two patients with metastatic liver cancer to mandible were reviewed and summarized in references to literatures.Results The metastasis was mostly seen in middle-aged male,manifesting as swelling of mandible,numbness in lower lip.Some showed positive HBsAg.The patients were transferred to department of oncology for further treatment after the metastaic tumors had been resected.
