| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍应用第二足趾部分组织移植修复拇、手指复合组织缺损的方法。方法 对12例拇、手指缺损的骨、肌腱、神经及软组织采用部分第二足趾移植修复。结果 12例游离部分第二足趾全部存活。术后4个月-2年随访，手功能按中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定，优良率达到75％。结论 游离部分第二足趾移植具有一期修复拇、手指复合组织缺损的较理想手术方法。
