| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 TCD、 BAEP对老年 VBI病人的诊断意义。方法 对 64例经临床诊断的老年 VBI病人进行 TCD、及 BAEP检查。结果 TCD、 BAEP异常率分别为 92 %、 75 %。 TCD发现血管流速异常 :多血管异常 46例 ,单血管异常 1 3例 ,以低流速为主要表现 ;BAEP提示内耳功能受损 1 0例 ,脑干功能受损 3 8例。结论 TCD、 BAEP有助于明确诊断 VBI

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of Transcranial doppler(TCD),brainstem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)in senior patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods TCD and BAEP were performed in 64 senior patients with VBI.Results The abnormality rate of TCD and BAEP was 92% and 72%,respectively.TCD showed that 46 cases had nultiple vessels abnormal blood velocity and 13 cases had single vessel abnormal blood velocity.The blood velocity was decreased in most cases.BEAP showed peripheral lesion in 10 cases,brainstem lesion in 38 cases.Conclusions TCD and BAEP were helpful to diagnose the VBI |
