摘    要:
口服耐受的机制已在动物实验中得到阐明。近年来通过口服抗原(耐受原)诱导免疫耐受,靶向性治疗自身免疫病的研究日益受到关注。口服耐受诱导治疗自身免疫病的方法在动物模型研究中获得显著效果,并开始应用于人自身免疫病的临床治疗。但口服免疫耐受性的诱导需要摄人大量的可溶性蛋白抗原,低成本获得充足的口服耐受原是将口服诱导耐受治疗自身免疫病的方法推向临床应用的瓶颈。转基因植物为解决这一关键问题提供了新的途径,其表达系统合成的耐受原已在自身免疫病模式动物中获得成功应用。随着研究的深入,该表达系统有望在诱导口服耐受治疗自身免疫病领域中发挥重要的作用。

Abstract:
The primary mechanisms of oral tolerance have been illustrated in model animal experiments.The therapy of autoimmune diseases by inducing oral immune tolerance has progressed a lot recently.Several studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of orally administered antigen in models of autoimmune diseases.Human trials have been initiated.However,the induction of oral immune tolerance requires the ingestion of large amounts of soluble protein antigens,and to a large extent,the clinical application of oral tolerance induction as a potential therapeutic strategy is dependent on the availability of the required protein in sufficient quantities and at low cost. Transgenic plants offer a new promising strategy for this main problem. Transgenic plants have been used as potential therapy for autoimmune diseases in model animals.With the research deeply,it is hoped that effective immunotherapies for human autoimmune diseases will soon success based on administration of transgenic plants expressing tolerogens.
