| 摘 要： | 目的建立桃仁膝康丸中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量。色谱柱Agilent C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(13∶87),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长230nm。结果芍药苷进样量在0.6128～3.0640μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.59%。结论本法操作简便,重现性好,可用于桃仁膝康丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the content determination of Paeoniflorin in Taoren Xikang Pills by HPLC.Methods The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC.Agilent C18 column（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phases was acetonitrile：water（13∶87）,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the temperature was 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 230nm.Results The Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.6128～3.0640μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.28%（RSD=1.59%）.Conclusion The method is simple,with good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Taoren Xikang Pills. |
