裸鼠原位种植人乳腺癌细胞株术后早期应用人参皂甙Rg3对切口愈合的影响

摘    要:
 目的 探讨人参皂甙Rg3术后早期应用对切口愈合及切缘内新生血管的影响。 方法 采用人乳浸润性导管癌移植雌裸鼠 12只 ,当移植重量为 1~ 1.5 g时 ,完全取出肿瘤后 ,观察术后早期应用Rg3对切口愈合的影响 ,随机分成 2组 :Rg3组及对照组 ,经Rg35mg/kg及对照组连续灌胃 15天 ,观察切口愈合时间及免疫组化检查。结果 术后早期应用Rg3切缘内的微血管密度 (MVD)值明显低于未用Rg3组 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,但对切口愈合无影响。结论 术后早期应用Rg3能降低微血管密度 ,不影响切口愈合。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of ginsenoside Rg3 with early postsurgical on wound healing and angiogenesis within incision of orthotopically xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma in nude mice. Methods After orthotopically xenotransplanted human breast infiltrating duct carcinoma removed,a total of 12 female nude mice were randomly divided into 2 groups: as Rg3 group receiving 5mg/kg ginsenoside Rg3, and control group receiving 0.5% sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.5 ml for 15 days. The wound healing was observed, The intra-incision microvessel density(MVD) were examined by immunohistochemical stanining. Results MVD in the wound of mice with Rg3, nevertheless, wound healing was no difference in the two groups. Conclusion Rg3 could reduce the MVD in the wound of mice perisurgical usage of the drug but did not interfere with the wound healing.
