| 摘 要： | 目的:观察基质金属蛋白酶(matrixmetalloproteinases,MMPs)的表达与舌癌侵袭和转移的相关性。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测舌癌患者血清中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达含量,并与正常组对比分析。结果:舌癌病人的血清中MMP-2、MMP-9含量总体水平升高,与对照组相比统计学分析差异非常显著,且与舌癌的病理分级及临床分期成正相关。结论:基质金属蛋白酶含量动态检测可作为评估舌癌预后的客观指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-2,9 and invasion or metastasis of tongue carcinoma.Method Expression of MMP-2,9 in 68 cases of tongue carcinoma were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results The results showed that the expression of MMP-2,9 were significantly elevated in tongue carcinoma group compared with control group,and positively related with the pathological grade andclinical stage of tongue carcinoma.Conclusion Dynamic measurement of MMPs could be used as an objective indictor in predicting the prognosis of tongue carcinoma. |
