微乳在注射给药系统中的应用研究进展*

摘    要:
微乳是热力学稳定的液-液分散体系,粒径在10~100 nm之间,它作为新型给药系统,由于其具有增溶、缓释、提高生物利用度等显著优点,在口服、经皮、注射给药方面均有广泛应用研究。更由于其低黏度,可直接注射,以及靶向的特性在注射给药方面显示出独特的优势。现对微乳在注射给药系统中的应用研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:
Microemulsion is a liquid-liquid dispersant system which is thermodynamically stable, the particle size is between 10 - 100 nm. The research on microemulsion used as novel drug delivery system has been arising from 1990 s. Microemulsion is extensively applied on oral, transdermal and injection drug delivery because it is solube, sustained release and can improve bioavailability of water-insoluble drugs. And it has more advantages on injection delivery because of its low viscosity and targeting character. This paper makes a systematic review about the application of microemulsion on the injection administration after review of recently microemulsion literatures.
