慢性乙肝患者血清HBVDNA含量与HBeAg/抗HBeAb的相关性分析及意义

目的:了解慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中HBVDNA含量与血清中HBeAg/HBeAb之间的关系及其临床意义。方法:应用荧光定量PCR技术检测114例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清中HBVDNA含量,同时采用微粒子发光反应法检测患者血清中乙型肝炎病毒(HVB)标志物,两者进行对比分析并探讨其临床意义。结果:HBeAg+/HBeAb-组的HBVDNA含量为6.70±1.62拷贝/mL,显著高于HBeAg-/HBeAb+组3.42±2.19拷贝/mL,两组相比P<0.01。而谷丙转氨酶(ALT)正常组与异常组的HBVDNA含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。不同组别间ALT相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:HBeAg与HBVDNA间有一定的相关性,但定量检测HBVDNA更能正确地反映HBV的复制程度;慢性乙肝患者血清中ALT的水平与HBVDNA的含量以及HBeAg/HBeAb的阳性与否无直接关系。

Clinical Value of Serum HBVDNA Concentration in Patients with Hepatitis B and Correlation with HBeAg/HBeAb

Objective: To understand the clinical value of serum HBVDNA concentration in the patients with hepatitis B and the relation with HBeAg/HBeAb. Method: HBVDNA quantities in serum of 114 patients with hepatitis B were determined by PCR quantitative method. Compared with HBV-M, the clinical value was studied. Result: The mean quantity of HBVDNA was 6.70E±1.62copies/ml in the patients of HBeAg +/HBeAb- group, which was higher than 3.42E± 2.19copies/ml in the patients of HBeAg - /HBeAb+ group. The quantity of HBVDNA showed no difference between the patients with normal ALT level and abnormal ALT level. There was no difference in groups of different ALT level. Conclusion: The results suggest that the mean quantity of HBVDNA was correlated with HBeAg. But serum HBVDNA concentration can show the degree of HBV copy better than HBeAg. The serum ALT level in the patients with hepatitis B had no correlation with HBVDNA quantity and HBeAg/HBeAb positive or negative.
