低温等离子射频治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征疗效评价

摘    要:目的观察低温等离子射频治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(0sAHS)的疗效。方法55例OSASH患者行低温等离子刀辅助悬雍垂腭咽成形术.部分切除软腭及悬雍垂,并根据需要分别行软腭、扁桃体及舌根部打孔。结果术后6个月复查并均行多导睡眠监测.治愈8例.显效17例,有效25例。无效5例.总有效率90.9%。结论低温等离子刀具有微创、出血少、安全、并发症少等特点.其用于治疗OSAHS效果良好。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of coblator plasma surgery on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods Fifty-five cases with OSAHS were included in this study.They were all treated by temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation assisted uvulopalatoplasty,with soft palate and uvula partially excised and soft palate,tonsils and/or tongue base treated by coblator plasma surgery for ablation in case of necessity.Results All these cases were reevaluated with polysomnography(PSG) by the end of postoperative period lasted for sixth month.Among them,8 were cured,17 were seen with significant therapeutic effect,25 were with effective outcome,and 5 were not effective,with a total effective rate of 90.9%.Conclusions Coblator plasma surgery system can be used to treat OSAHS with significant therapeutic effect for appropriately chosen cases,and this procedure can be done for this kind of cases with minimal invasion,much less bleeding,safety and less complications.
