| 摘 要： | 目的调查近年来东坑镇居民HBsAg的感染率，为疾病的预防提供依据。方法选取2006年1月～2008年12月的东坑镇部分居民为研究对象，将其按时间分为2006年1～12月组（A组）127例，2007年1-12月组（B组）131例和2008年1～12月组（C组）129例，分别调查其HBsAg的感染率及接种、知晓率情况，将其原因进行比较分析。结果随着年份的增加，HBsAg的感染率呈降低趋势（P〈0．05）。结论近年来预防接种及健康教育的普及明显降低了HBsAg的感染率。 |
