针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的疗效观察

目的:观察针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将确诊为强直性脊柱炎的60名患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组采用针刺联合中药熏蒸治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组近期控制14例,显效8例,有效3例,无效5例;对照组近期控制8例,显效4例,有效9例,无效9例。治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),并且治疗组无不良反应。结论:针灸配合中药熏蒸治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效满意,安全性好。

Efficacy observation of treating ankylosing spondylitis by acupuncture plus herbal fumigation

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of treating ankylosing spondylitis by acupuncture plus herbal fumigation.Methods:60 patients diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group treated with modern medicine,and the treatment group was given acupuncture plus herbal fumigation for treatment,two groups were observed in patients with the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction.Results:The treatment group in the near future control in 14 cases,8 cases were markedly,3 cases were effective,ineffective in 5 cases;the control group in the near future control in 8cases,4 cases were markedly effective,effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 9 cases.The total efficiency of the treatment group was 83.3%,the total efficiency of the control group was 70.0%.The two groups had significant difference(P<0.05),and the treatment group without adverse reactions.Conclusion:Treating ankylosing spondylitis by acupuncture plus herbal fumigation have a good effect,and good safety.
