中药艾灸神阙穴对腹膜透析患者腹膜超滤功能的影响

目的:观察中药艾灸神阙穴对高腹膜转运CAPD患者腹膜超滤功能的影响。方法:高腹膜转运CAPD患者26例随机分为两组,治疗组(中药艾灸)与对照组各13例,观察治疗后透析超滤量(UF)、腹膜溶质清除指数(KT/V、CCr)及腹透液中CA125、透明质酸的变化。结果:治疗组治疗后24小时总超滤量明显增加,腹透液中CA125、透明质酸量明显增加,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药艾灸神阙穴可有效地提高透析超滤量,对高腹膜转运CAPD患者腹膜的超滤功能具有较好的保护作用。

EFFECTS OF MOXIBUSTION ON SHENQUE POINT ON PERITONEAL ULTRAFILT- RATION FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH PERITONEAL DIALYSIS

Objective:To observe the effects of moxibustion on shenque point on peritoneal dialysis ultrafiltration in hyper-transport continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) patients. Methods:26 cases of hyper-transport CAPD patients were randomly divided into two groups,13 cases (treatment group) were treated with moxibustion and 13 cases were no moxibustion(control group). The changes of ultrafiltration(UF) amount, peritoneal solute removal index (KT/V、CCr),the concentration of CA125 and hyaluronan in peritoneal dialysis solution were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total amount of 24 hours ultrafiltration was significantly increased in moxibustion on shenque point group after treated and the concentration of CA125 and hyaluronan in peritoneal dialysis solution were significantly increased,too (P<0.05), the peritoneal solute removal index had no obvious changes in the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Moxibustion shenque point can effectively increases the amount of ultrafiltration and protect the peritoneal ultrafiltration in hyper-transport CAPD patients.
