结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎疗效观察

目的观察结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎的疗效。方法将42例慢性淤胆型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各21例,2组均给予针对淤胆型肝炎的常规西医治疗。治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗。观察2组患者临床症状以及黄疽消退情况。结果治疗组胆汁淤积改善情况明显优于对照组,治疗组总有效率（86％）也明显高于对照组（71％）。治疗过程中无明显不良反应。结论结肠透析联合中药灌肠治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎疗效较常规西医疗效较好。

Observation of curative effect of combined treatment of colonic dialysis and Chinese drug enema on chronic cholestatic hepatitis

Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect of combined treatment of colonic dialysis and Chinese drug enema on chronic eholestatie hepatitis. Methods 42 patients with chronic eholestatic hepatitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups： treatment group （ n = 21 ） and control group （ n = 21 ）. Patients of the two groups were all administrated with routine western medicine treatment for chronic eholestatic hepatitis. Patients in treatment group were treated with colonic dialysis and enema using traditional Chinese medicine in addition to routine treatment. The improvement of clinical symptoms and regression of jaundice in patients from the two groups were recorded and examined. Results The improvement of cholestasis and effective rate in treatment group were superior to that of control group（P 〈 0.05 ）. And no obvious side effects were observed during treatment. Conclusion A combination of colonic dialysis and Chinese drug enema on chronic cholestatie hepatitis achieves better clinical curative effect than routine western medicine.
