| 摘 要： | 目的：分析卡托普利对原发性高血压患者血压晨峰的影响。方法：选择2008年3月～2010年7月本院就诊且符合标准的高血压患者161例,服用卡托普利前和服用卡托普利30d,分别测量血压晨峰,分析卡托普利对原发性高血压患者的血压晨峰的影响。结果：卡托普利可降低原发性高血压患者血压晨峰,用药前后,晨峰差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：卡托普利可降低高血压晨峰。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the effect of captopril on blood pressure in hypertensive patients of the morning surge.Methods：Selected 161 cases of hypertensive patients in accordance with standards of our hospital from March 2008 to July 2010,taking captopril were measured before and 30 d in patients,taking morning blood pressure surge,to analyze captopril on blood pressure in hypertensive patients of the morning surge.Results：Captopril could reduce blood pressure in hypertensive patients the morning surge,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Captopril can lower blood pressure morning surge. |
