广州港区特殊环境应用溴敌隆毒饵灭鼠效果的现场实验研究

目的 评价溴敌隆毒饵在特殊环境下对家鼠的适口性及灭鼠效果。方法 现场试验。结果 现场中对全部投饵点的毒饵进行观察,发现鼠类对0．005％溴敌隆毒饵取食好,盗食率为79．7％;经2次灭鼠试验,现场鼠密度由灭前的38％下降到0．2％,灭鼠效果为99．5％。结论 使用的0．005％溴敌隆毒饵适口性好,灭鼠效果好,操作方便、简单,且节省人力物力,对人畜较安全,值得大面积推广应用。

Observation of Field Effect of Bromadiolone Against Rodent in Port of Guangzhou City

Objective Evaluate the palatability of bromadiolone to rodent and efficacy against rodent in port of Guangzhou. Method Field study. Results The rodent liked to eat the 0.005% bromadiolone baits in the field, with the feeding rate of 79.7%. The rat density was 38% before killing and dropped to 0.2% after using drug. The elimination rate was 99.5% after two times of administration of the poison. Conclusion The 0.005% bromadiolone baits have good palatability to rodent and efficacy against rodent.
