| 摘 要： | 目的探讨第四脑室肿瘤的MRI表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理检查证实的10例第四脑室肿瘤的MRI表现。结果术前定位正确率为100％，定性正确率为70％。10例肿瘤中。2例室管膜瘤。2例髓母细胞瘤，2例脉络丛乳头瘤，2例星形细胞瘤，1例胆脂瘤，1例转移瘤。结论MRI对第四脑室肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the MRI features and differential diagnosis of the fourth ventricle tumor. Methods Ten cases which were proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among all of the cases, two were ependymomas, two medulloblastoma, two choroids plexus papillomas, two astrocytomas, one was epidermoid cyst, one was metastatic tumor. Conclusions The MRI features of the fourth ventricular tumor could help to make the true diagnosis. |
