| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨弹响指治疗的有效途径。[方法]对10例确诊为弹响指采用小针刀加局注治疗。[结果]10例患者一次治愈9例，二次治疗好转1例，治愈率90％。[结论]小针刀加局注治疗弹响指临床疗效确切。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To discuss effective method for trigger finger.[Method] Administer small needle-knife and focal injection to 10 diagnosed trigger fingers.[Result] 9 cases were cured at one time,1 for two times,the cure rate was 90%.[Conclusion] The said method has definite cure effect to trigger fingers. |
