糖尿病合并急性脑梗死患者血糖水平对预后的影响

目的 探讨糖尿病血糖水平对脑梗死患者的影响。方法 将２６０例老年急性脑梗死患者分为两组：糖尿病组１２８例，非糖尿病组１３２例，对照分析了糖尿病伴急性脑梗死患者血糖水平与临床表现，急性期脑缺血损害程度，好转率和死亡的关系。结果 急性脑梗死患者高血糖水平不仅使脑缺血损害范围增大，且对短期预后有不良影响，血糖水平愈高，病情愈重，病死率愈高。结论 血糖水平的高低，可作为估计脑梗死范围的重要参数，也是老年糖

A study of the relationship between the level of blood glucose and the clinical in acute cerebral infarction in aged diabetic patients

Objective The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship hetween the level of blood glcose and the clinical in acute cerebral infarction in aged diabetic patients. Methods The all patients were randomly divided into 2 groups by the diabetic history: 128 case for diabetic group. 132 case for non-diabetic group. A controlled study of the relationship between the level of blood glucose of the aged doahetoc patients with acute cerebral infarction and clinical manifestation,the degree of brain injury in acute phase, improvement rate and mortality rate been done. Result the high blood glucose of the aged diabetic patients with acute infarction can increase the ischemic area and it can result in a poor shortterm prognosis. The higher the blood glucose, the hogher the mortality rate. Conclusion Theblood glucose may be an important parameter for evaluating the cerebral infarction area,and it also may be one of the risk factors for the poor prognosis of the aged diabetic patlents with acute cerbral infarction.
