摘    要:为克服传统方法(Calliper-square)和带通放大器在测量振荡电位(OPs)中的不足,应用计算机傅立叶频谱滤波技术,从ERG中分离出振荡电位波形。分离出的OPs能够摆脱a-波,b-波对它的影响而独立地表现出来,使得对OPs的测量变得直观、方便、准确,并把对ERG、OPs的研究,从时域分析扩展到频域分析。

Abstract:The ERG is a time history function in which the oscillatory poten-tials (OPs ) is a of higher frequency than those of a-& b-wave. Thisfrequency differcnce can be utilized to separate the OPs from the a-&b-wave in the frequency domain by the Foutier spectrum filtration.After Fourier transformation of the ERG (processed in the PATH-FINDER I, Nicolet Co. USA ),the OPs spectrum was found to exist inthe high frequency range (80-160 Hz on average ) while the a-& b-wavespectrum located in the low frequency range. By a high-pass filter inthe frequency domain, the OPs spectrum can be filtered out and isola-ted from the a-& b-wave spectrum. Meanwhile the residual component,which can alse be filtered out by a low-pass filter,was the spectrum ofthe a-& b-wave. By the inverse Fourier transformation, the isolatedOPs wavelet and the residual a-& b-wave can be respectively tegainedin the time domain from the frequency domain.As a result, a clear observation and an accurate measurement of theoscillatory potentials are avaiable as well as study of OPs in the frequ-ency domain.
