急性冠脉综合征患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2检测的临床意义

摘    要:目的研究急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清中的基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的水平变化,探讨其在ACS诊断和预测中的临床价值。方法选取临床确诊为ACS的患者68例,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)组35例,不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组33例,以同期、同年龄健康者30例作为对照。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测MMP-2的浓度。结果 AMI组和UA组患者血清MMP-2浓度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且AMI与UA组间比较也有统计学意义(P<0.05),AMI组患者在治疗前后血清中MMP-2水平也存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 ACS患者血清MMP-2水平是有价值的冠脉损伤指标,可作为ACS的重要预测和预后判断指标。

Abstract:Objective To study the change in matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2) level in serum in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS),and to discusses its clinical value in diagnosis and prediction of ACS.Methods A total of 68 patients with clinically diagnosed ACS were divided into acute myocardial infarction(AMI) group(n=35) and unstable angina(UA) group(n=33).Another 30 healthy subjects were enrolled in control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure serum MMP-2.Results Serum MMP-2 concentration was statistically higher in both the AMI and UA groups than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was also a significant difference between AMI group and UA group(P<0.05).In the AMI group,significant difference in serum MMP-2 level existed between pre-and post-treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion As a coronary damage index,serum MMP-2 level of patients with ACS is of value,and acts as an important indicator for prediction and prognosis of ACS.
