原发性肝癌组织及血清中GPDA同工酶的变化

目的：为了解人肝癌组织及血清中甘氨酰脯氨酸二肽氨基肽酶（GPDA）同工酶变化，探讨其临床意义。方法：对18例原发性肝癌（PHC）患者肿瘤组织及癌旁组织中GPDA同工酶及12例PHC患者手术切除前后血清GPDA同工酶的变化进行研究。结果：GPDA同工酶Ⅱ带（GPDAⅡ）在肿瘤细胞无变性、坏死者14例肿瘤组织中均为阳性，而在肿瘤细胞有变性、坏死者4例中均为阴性；在所有患者的癌旁组织中均为阴性；手术前后血清GPDAⅡ阳性率有显著性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：GPDAⅡ为人肝癌特异性同工酶区带，来源于癌变的肝组织；测定手术前后血清GPDAⅡ的变化对手术疗效的评价，疾病的随访具有一定的价值。

CHANGES OF GPDA ISOENZYME IN SERUM AND HEPATIC TISSUES IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY HEPATIC CARCINOMA

Objective: To study changes of GPDA isoenzyme in serum and hepatic tissues in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma and explore the clinical significance. Methods:Changes of GPDA isoenzyme in cancer tissues and liver tissues adjacent to the tumor in 18 cases with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) and changes of GPDA isoenzyme in 12 patients with primary hepatic carcinoma between pre-operation and post-operation were investigated. Results: The isoenzyme GPDAⅡwere positive in all cancer tissues without degeneration or necrosis in tumor cells(14/18);while GPDAⅡwere negative in both cancer tissues with degeneration or necrosis in tumor cells(4/18) and the tissues adjacent to the tumor. There were significant difference of GPDAⅡpositive rate in serum between pre-operation and post-operation(P<0.05). Conclusions: GPDAⅡis the specific isoenzyme band of human hepatic carcinoma, it comes from the malignant liver tissues; Determination changes of GPDAⅡin patients with PHC before and after operation are valuable for evaluation of curative effect and following-up of the disease.
