| 摘 要： | 周围性面神经麻痹为临床常见病,针灸治疗有较好的疗效,但若治疗不当容易延长疗程或导致后遗症的发生。治疗此病应详细辨证,明确定位,分期施治,选取适当的穴位;面部操作以患者舒适,针下柔和为度,远端穴位使经气趋向病所。 |

| Abstract: | Peripheral facial paralysis is a commonly-seen disease clinically.Acupuncture and moxibustion have a better therapeutic effect,but improper treatment easily induces protracted course and post peripheral facial paralysis syndrome.For the treatment,detailed syndrome differentiation,distinct level oliagnosis,treatment at different stages,selection of proper acupoints should first be carried out:the face operation,to the patient is comfortable,under the needle gently for,the far-end acupuncture point causes the meridian-Qi trend to the sickness pot. |
