冠脉造影患者血脂水平的临床分析

目的探讨血脂中总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-C）水平与冠心病患者病变严重程度之间的的关系。方法135例冠脉造影患者分4组，其中A组临床表现为急性冠脉综合征，造影显示主要血管完全或次全闭塞、B组造影显示血管狭窄70％～90％之间、C组显示病变40％～69％、D组病变〈40％。结果其中A组HDL-C水平与其余3组比较差异亦有统计学意义，P〈0．05。4组患者胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL-C）水平未见明显差异，P〉0．05。结论①对不同个体而言，胆固醇水平与冠状动脉狭窄程度之间并非呈正相关，其原因考虑主要与个体之间内皮功能差异有关。②高密度脂蛋白水平下降预示着急性冠脉事件发生的可能性明显升高。

Lipid Levels in Patients with Coronary Angiography

Objective To evaluate the inter-relationship between levels of blood total cholesterol （TC）, lower-density lipoprotein cholesterol（ LDL-C）, high-density [ipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and the severity of coronary heart disease. Methods 135 cases of coronary angiography patients divided into four groups, group A were acute coronary syndrome （ACS）, angiography showed that the major blood vessels subtotal or completely blocking, blood vessels narrow in B group were 70%-90%, C group were 40% -69% , D group lesions were 〈 40%. Results The difference of HDL-C level between group A and the rest three groups was significantly（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Four groups of patients with the differences of TC, TG, LDL-C level were not significantly（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion 1, It is not positive correlation between Cholesterol levels and the degree of coronary artery stenosis, because of the individual differences fo endothelial function. 2, Reduction of HDL indicates the possibility of coronary events was significantly increased.
