兔眼玻璃体视网膜界面正常结构与相关生理的实验研究

摘    要:目的 :观测兔眼正常玻璃体视网膜界面 (VRI)的基本结构及相关生理。方法 :以 4 0只新西兰大白兔为实验动物 ,分别应用皮肤、角膜接触镜电极作为记录电极 ,测定其正常视网膜电图 (ERG) ,记录其b波振幅 (bA)值 ,并对其中 6只眼的VRI结构进行组织病理学检查。结果 :正常的VRI包括紧密相邻的玻璃体后皮质 (PVC)和视网膜内界膜(ILL) ,并有其各自的特点 ;两种记录电极得到的正常兔左右眼ERG的bA值无统计学差异。结论 :正常兔眼VRI的基本结构由PVC与ILL组成 ;ERG的bA值能较好地反映视网膜的生理功能

Abstract:Objective To observe the normal structure and related physiology of the vitreoretinal interface (VRI) in rabbit eyes. Methods The normal electroretinigraphy (ERG) and its b wave amplitude of 40 New Zealand rabbit eyes were measured using two different kinds of recording electrodes. VRI structures in 6 eyes of 3 rabbits were then checked with the histological examination. Results Normal VRI consisted of the posterior vitreous cortex (PVC) and its adjacent internal limiting lamina (ILL) of the retina and each had its own characteristics in the structure. The use of the two recording electrodes made no significant difference between the right and left eyes. Conclusion The normal structure of VRI in the rabbit eye is composed of PVC and ILL and the bA value of ERG is a good index for investigating the physiology of the retina.
