70岁以上老人老年听力障碍量表筛查版（HHIE-S）临床调查结果分析

目的：对70岁以上老人的听力障碍情况进行调查，了解高龄老年人群的听力损失特点。方法对103例70岁以上老人进行老年听力障碍量表筛查版（HHIE-S）问卷调查，并采集基本健康信息。结果在103例受调查者中，34例存在听力障碍（33.0%）。存在听力障碍的老人中，70～79岁5例（15.6%），80～89岁21例（36.8%），90～98岁8例（57.1%）。罹患糖尿病对于总得分、情绪得分、社交场景得分具有显著影响（P〈0.05）；年龄对社交场景得分有显著影响（P〈0.05），80岁以下的老年人社交场景得分低于80岁以上老年人（P〈0.05）；噪声接触史对社交场景得分有显著影响（P〈0.05）。结论 HHIE-S可较好反映70岁以上老年人听力障碍情况。

A Survey of the Hearing of People over 70 Years Old with the Hearing Handicap Inventory for the Elderly Screening Version

Objective To investigate the hearing of people over 70 years old with the Hearing Handicap Inventory for the Elderly Screening Version （HHIE-S）, and to understand the characteristics of hearing loss in elderly people. Methods 103 people over 70 years old participated in the survey. General health information was collected and HHIE-S was filled in by the subjects. Results Among 103 subjects, 34 cases （33.0%） were considered with hearing loss according to the HHIE-S scores. For the subjects with hearing loss, 5 cases were 70-79 years （15.6%of corresponding age group）, 21 were 80-89 years （36.8%） and 8 were 90-98 years （57.1%）. Diabetes had significant influences on total HHIE-S score, E-score and S-score （P〈0.05）. Ages affected the S-scores significantly （P〈0.05）. Subjects younger than 80 years old had significantly lower S-scores than those older than 80 years （P〈0.05）.Noise exposure affected the S-scores significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion HHIE-S can be a useful screening tool in investigating the hearing loss among people over 70 years old.
