煤工尘肺住院患者感染肺炎克雷伯菌的检测分析

目的探讨煤工尘肺住院患者感染肺炎克雷伯菌的原因。方法检测2001~2002年与2003~2004年2个阶段中住院的煤工尘肺肺部感染患者的合格痰标本,对培养分离获得的肺炎克雷伯菌进行检测分析。结果2001~2002年检出致病菌株570株,分离到肺炎克雷伯菌146株;2003~2004年检出致病菌株706株,分离到肺炎克雷伯菌330株,分离到肺炎克雷伯菌占致病菌数的百分比分别是25.61%,46.74%,呈明显增加趋势。其中产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)的肺炎克雷伯菌株检出率分别为10.27%,29.39%。结论煤工尘肺住院患者感染肺炎克雷伯菌与煤工尘肺肺部弥漫性纤维化程度呈正相关,感染产ESBL菌株可能与院内交叉感染有关。

Detection of Pneumoconiosis Patients Infected with Klebsiellar Pneumonia

Objective] To explore the cause of the infection of Klebsiellar pneumonia among pneumoconiosis patients. Methods] The eligible sputum samples of the patients in either 2001 - 2002 or 2003 - 2004 were detected; analysis was made on the Klebsiellar pneumonia that had been cultured and separated. Results] 570 pathogen strains were detected in 2001 - 2002, 146 strains were found with Klebsiellar pneumonia,706 pathogen swains were detected in 2003 - 2004, 330 strains were found with Klebsiellar pneumonia, the detection rotes of Klebsiellar pneumonia among the pathogen strains were 25.62% and 46.74% respectively in the two periods, which showed an increasing tendency. Conclusion] Positive correlation was found between the infection of Klebsiellar pneumonia among pneumoconiosis patients and the degree of fibrosis of lung of them. The cause of the infection might be related with the nosocomial infection.
