| 摘 要： | 目的确定蒲公英花中总黄酮及总酚酸超声提取的最佳工艺,进而实现对其天然功能性色素的工业化生产。方法采用超声波提取技术,以对人体危害较轻的乙醇作为提取溶剂,通过正交试验考察了乙醇浓度、料液比、超声功率、温度等因素对蒲公英花中总黄酮及总酚酸提取率的影响。结果蒲公英花粉末用75%乙醇,料液比1∶100,超声功率100W,在55℃的条件下超声提取30min,总黄酮与总酚酸成分的提取较为完全,为蒲公英花的最佳超声提取条件。结论此工艺操作简便、重现性好、稳定可行,提取液色泽鲜黄、透亮,为蒲公英花中功能性色素的工业化生产提供了试验依据。
