丁苯酞注射液治疗急性前循环脑梗死的疗效观察

目的观察丁苯酞注射液治疗急性前循环脑梗死的临床疗效及对侧支循环的影响。方法将100例急性前循环脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组50例。对照组给予基础治疗。治疗组在基础治疗上加用丁苯酞注射液100 ml,静滴,2次/日,14 d为1个疗程。治疗后观察两组临床疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分,并通过经颅多普勒超声检测血流动力学,判断侧支循环的代偿情况。结果治疗组侧支循环的建立比例显著高于对照组(P0.05)。治疗14 d治疗组的NHISS评分显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液治疗急性前循环脑梗死疗效显著,可促进侧支循环的建立,改善神经功能缺损评分。

Effect Observation of Butylphthalide Injection in Treating Acute Anterior Circulation Infarction

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Butylphthalide injection in treatment of acute
cerebral infarction and its influence on collateral circulation.
Methods A total of 100 cases with acute anterior circulation cerebral infarction were randomly
divided into 2 groups: 50 cases in treatment group and 50 cases in control group. The control group
was given routine treatment of Western medicine. On the basis of the control group, the treatment
group was treated with butyphthalide injection via intravenous drip, 100 ml, bid, 14 days as 1
course of treatment. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale
(NIHSS) score and the compensation of collateral circulation were observed in the two groups.
Results The number of cases of collateral circulation in treatment group was significantly higher
than that in control group (P <0.05). After treatment for 14 d, the NHISS score of the treatment
group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).
Conclusion Butylphthalide injection was effective establishment in treating acute cerebral
infarction, which could promote the establishment of collateral circulation, and improve
neurological function.
