| 摘 要： | 目的:观察关节镜清理术并中药熏洗治疗骨性关节炎的疗效.方法:对40例(42膝)骨性关节炎患者,采用选择性、有限性关节镜清理术,术后中药熏洗等.结果:40例平均随访10个月,按膝关节综合评分表进行评分,优15例,良17例,可6例,差2例,优良率为80%.结论:关节镜下微创清理术加中药熏洗治疗骨性关节炎,可有效缓解临床症状,改善关节功能,提高患者生活质量.
