| 摘 要： | 用头孢呋辛（ＣＸＭ），头孢呋辛酯（ＣＸＭ－Ａ）与头孢哌酮（ＣＰＺ）随机对照治疗下呼吸道感染各３４例（ＣＸＭ＋ＣＸＭ－Ａ组男性２７例，女性７例，平均年龄５３±ｓ１６ａ）。ＣＰＺ组男性１８例、女性１６例，年龄５５±１４ａ。先用ＣＸＭ７５０ｍｇ静滴，ｔｉｄ×５ｄ，然后改用ＣＸＭ－Ａ ５００ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｂｉｄ×５ｄ；ＣＰＺ１ｇ静滴，ｔｉｄ×１０ｄ。ＣＸＭ＋ＣＸＭ－Ａ组平均用药总量显著低于ＣＰＺ组（Ｐ＜０．０１），２组有效率分别为９７％与９４％，细菌清除率分别为９７％与９４％，不良反应率分别为３％与６％。

| Abstract: | A randomized controlled clinical trial on cefuroxime plus cefuroxime axetil compared with cefoperazone was conducted for the treatment of lower respiratory tract infections.Thirty-four patients(M 27,F 7;age 53±s16a)were treated with cefuroxime 750mg,iv,gtt,tid for 5 d, followed by cefuroxime axetil 500 mg po, bid for 5 d.Another 34 patients (M18,F 16;age 55±14a)were treated with cefoperazone 1 g iv,gtt,tid for 10 d.Efficacy rates of the two groups were 97% and 94%,respectively,the bacterial clearance rates were 97% and 94% respectively,both P>0.05.Adverse reaction rates were 3% and 6%,respectively. |
