| 摘 要： | 左心房主要有储存器、通道和助力泵3个功能。在生理及各种病理状态下,尤其是左心室舒张功能障碍时,左心房通过上述3个功能调节左心室充盈和心血管功能。超声心动图技术可以方便、准确、全面地评价左心房功能,是评价左心房功能最常用的方法,本文就其临床应用价值予以综述。 |
