| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声在儿童消化道异物诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院9例经超声诊断并经胃镜或手术证实的消化道异物患儿(年龄9个月至11岁)的超声声像图特点,并与X线平片结果对照。结果 9例患儿超声均清晰显示异物具体位置及与周围脏器关系。2例异物嵌顿在幽门并造成幽门和(或)邻近器官损伤,小肠内磁铁异物造成闭襻梗阻1例,腹腔内鱼刺异物包裹1例,其余分别位于胃内3例,十二指肠1例,结肠1例,均未造成脏器损伤。所有异物的超声表现均为强回声,无声影。7例同时行平片检查,均仅显示异物位于上、中、下腹区域。结论高频超声检查可以清晰显示异物的位置,与周围脏器的关系,弥补X平片的不足,有助于治疗方案的选择。
