血液灌流治疗急性重症毒物中毒疗效观察

目的为提高抢救急性重症毒物中毒患者的成功率，观察血液灌流加常规治疗急性重症毒物中毒的疗效。方法66例急性重症毒物中毒患者入院后在内科常规治疗基础上予血液灌流治疗2～3h，观察患者血压、心率、呼吸、意识变化。并选择我院内科常规治疗的急性重症毒物中毒70例患者作对照。结果66例患者在中毒6～12h内进行血液灌流治疗，治愈61例，死亡5例，治愈率92．42％，死亡率7．58％。对照组70例患者经内科常规治疗后，治愈52例，死亡18例，治愈率74．29％，死亡率25．71％。结论血液灌流能有效清除急性重症毒物中毒患者血中毒物，可明显改善患者预后，提高抢救急性重症毒物中毒患者的成功率。

Effect of blood perfusion treatment On severe acute toxicosis.

Objective To investigate the effect of blood perfusion combined with other comprehensive curing methods in the treat ment of severe acute toxicosis. Methods 66 Patients who suffered from severe acute toxicosis were treated by blood perfusion for 2 - 3 hours and other comprehensive curing methods, observing blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and consciousness. Then these data were compared with that of other 70 patients who suffered from the same disease but treated by routine comprehensive curing methods. Results The 66 patients was treated by blood perfusion in 6 - 12 hours after entering into hospital,61 of them were cured,5 of them were died,the curative rate was 92. 42%, the death rate was 7.58%. In the 70 patients of the compared group,52 of them were cured, 18 of them were died, the curative rate was 74.29%, the death rate was 25.71%. Conclusions Blood perfusion can ehminate toxic material in blood effectively, provided a method for improving the prognosis and curative rate.
