环磷腺苷葡胺对冠心病合并充血性心力衰竭患者N-末端脑钠肽前体水平及心功能的影响

摘    要:
目的:环磷腺苷葡胺对冠心病合并充血性心力衰竭患者血浆N-末端脑钠肽前体水平及心功能的影响。方法:将92例冠心病合并充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用环磷腺苷葡胺,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用小剂量硝酸甘油静滴,疗程为7 d,分别测定用药前后N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平及心功能[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)]。结果:用药后两组患者NT-proBNP浓度均有所下降,治疗组较对照组显著降低,两组患者治疗后LVEF和LVEDD水平较治疗前均明显改善。结论:CHF患者加用环磷腺苷葡胺短期治疗后可进一步改善心功能,降低NT-pro BNP水平。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate on N-terminal pro-brain natri-uretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) and cardiac function in coronary artery disease patients with heart failure.Methods: 92 pa-tients with congestive heart failure(CHF) were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group received the routine treatment and Meglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate therapy,the control group received the routine treatment infusion of Nitroglycerin.The efficacy was assessed by the NT-pro BNP and cardiac function [left-ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)] before and after 7 days treatment.Results: NT-pro BNP plasma lev-els in treatment group decreased significantly compared with control group.LVEF and LVEDD were improved in two groups.Conclusion: Mglumine Adenosine Cyclophosphate in the treatment of coronary artery disease patients with heart failure can improve cardiac function and decrease NT-proBNP in plasma.
