41例肾综合征出血热病人的肾脏CT表现

目的 ]分析肾综合征出血热病人肾脏改变的CT表现 ,评价CT检查的价值 .方法 ]给 4 1例诊断为肾病综合征出血热的病人行CT检查 ,分析CT表现特点 .结果 ]38例表现为肾脏肿大和肾脏实质密度降低 ,14例为肾周异常 ,6例为肾包膜下血肿 ,2例为肾周血肿 ,2例为肾内出血 ,2例为肾破裂 ,6例有腹水 ,1例为胸水合并腹水 .结论 ]CT检查可准确显示肾综合征出血热病人肾脏改变的特征 .

Renal CT imaging of 41 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome

OBJECTIVE To analyze the CT findings of kidney in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, and to assess the value of CT examination.?METHODS?The characters of CT imaging were analyzed in 41 cases of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.?RESULTS?The characters of CT imaging in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome were that 38 cases of swelled kidneys and decreased density of renal parenchyma, 14 of abnormal perinephric changes, 6 of subcapsular haematoma, 2 of perirenal haematoma, 2 of renal hemorrghage, 2 of renal rupture, 6 of ascites and 1 of ascites and hydrothorax.?CONCLUSION?CT examination could accurately demonstrate the features of renal change in hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.
