慢性精神分裂症患者职业康复训练的疗效观察

目的：探讨职业康复训练对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复作用。方法：在维持原有药物治疗及剂量不变的同时对30例慢性精神分裂症患者进行6个月的职业康复训练，包括手工作业、绿化保养、书法等。应用住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表（IPROS）及简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）于训练前后分别进行评定。结果：训练6个月后，30例患者IPROS总分、各因子分及BPRS的总分和分量表分均低于训练前（P〈0．01）。结论：职业康复训练可显著改善慢性精神分裂症患者的社会功能及精神症状。

Curative Effectiveness of Vocational Rehabilitation on Patients with Chronic Schizophrenia

Objective： To investigate the rehabilitation effect of vocational rehabilitation on patients with chronic schizophrenia. Methods： A total of 30 patients with chronic schizophrenia were subjected to vocational rehabilitation for 6 months under the same medical treatment and dosage as before. Inpatient Psychosis Rehabilitation Observe Scale （IPROS） and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS） were used for assessment before and after vocational rehabilitation. Results： There was significant difference in the total scores of IPROS and scores of each subscale before and after vocational rehabilitation （P〈0. 01）. The total scores of BPRS and scores of each subscale were lower after vocational rehabili- tation （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The social function and psychosis are both improved obviously after vocational rehabilitation in patients with chronic schizophrenia.
