| 摘 要： | 目的探讨炎琥宁对小儿急性病毒性上呼吸道感染的疗效。方法选择小儿急性病毒性上呼吸道感染患者共120例,随机分为炎琥宁组和利巴韦林组,每组各60例,分别用炎琥宁针和利巴韦林针治疗,两组均治疗3~5 d,并给予相应对症治疗,观察两组疗效。结果炎琥宁组在治疗后平均退热天数(2.1±0.4)d、鼻塞流涕消失时间(2.7±0.8)d、咽部充血消失时间(3.2±0.7)d、咳嗽消失时间(5.1±0.6)d,均较利巴韦林组显著缩短(P0.01)。结论炎琥宁治疗小儿急性病毒性上呼吸道感染有良好的治疗作用,疗效明显优于利巴韦林。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To explore the therapeutic effect of Yanhuning on acute viral upper respiratory tract infection in children.METHODS All 120 children with acute viral upper respiratory tract infection cases were randomly divided into Yanhuning group and ribavirin group which received Yanhuning and ribavirin respectively for 3-5 days.The therapeutic effect was evaluated.RESULTS After treatment, Yanhuning group the symptoms such as fever, nasal congestion runny nose, pharyngeal hyperemia and cough were disappeared with average time for 2.1±0.4d, 2.7±0.8d, 3.2±0.7d and 5.1±0.6d, respectively, and obviously faster than ribavirin group(P<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Yanhuning treats acute viral upper respiratory tract infection very effectively, which is significantly better than ribavirin. |
