| 摘 要： | 目的:研究三叶悬钩子全草的抗炎作用。方法:制备二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型,测定各组小鼠耳肿胀度;制备小鼠实验性腹膜炎模型,测定各组的吸光度值。结果:三叶悬钩子醇提物可减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀程度,用药组与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对小鼠实验性腹膜炎有明显的抑制作用;用药组与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:三叶悬钩子具有抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effect of Rubus delzvayI Franch. Methods: Dimethylbenzene was used to make a auricular intumesce model of small rats to determine the degree of the auricular intumesce and an experimental peritonitis model of small rats to determine the obsorbency value of each group. Results: The alcohol extract from Rubus delzvayI Franch may alleviate the degree of the auricular intumesce caused by dimethylbenzene. The comparison between the test group and the control group showed significance difference (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion:Rubus delzvayI Franch has an anti-inflammatory effect. |
