宫缩增高血浆内皮素-1水平和血压的临床研究

目的探讨宫缩对血浆内皮素-1水平和血压的影响。方法将30例正常待产妇分为试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组，分别检测宫缩期和宫缩间歇期的血浆内皮素-1水平（放射免疫法）和血压，并对检测资料行t检验。结果（1）正常待产妇宫缩期的收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压分别是（141±10．46）mmHg、（91．63±11．07）mmHg、（108．12±9．71）mmHg；它与宫缩间歇期的（116．05±10．86）mmHg、（73．9±7．87）mmHg、（87．87±7．97）mmHg相比较，组间差异有统计学意义（n=30，t〉2．750，P〈0．01）。（2）试验Ⅱ组：宫缩期血浆内皮素-1水平（46．97±9．95）ng／L与其宫缩间歇期的（38．23±8．75）mg／L相比较，组间差异有统计学意义（n=21，t=3．0242〉2．831，P〈0．01）。结论正常待产妇的宫缩有升高血浆ET-1水平和收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压的作用。

Contractions increased plasma ET - 1 levels and blood pressure in clinical research

Objective To investigate the contraction of the plasma endothelin - 1 （ ET -1） levels and blood pressure effects. Methods 30 cases of normal parturient divided into experimental groupⅠ and group Ⅱ were used to detect uterine contractions period and intermittent periods of plasma ET - 1 levels （RIA） and blood pressure, and inspection data line t test. Results （ 1 ） That in the normal period of maternal uterine systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressure, respectively ： （141 ±10.46） mm Hg,（91.63 ±11.07） mm Hg,（108.12±9.71） mm Hg; It with intermittent contraction period （ 116. 05 ±10. 86 ） mm Hg, （73.9 ±7.87 ） mm Hg, （ 87.87 ± 7.97 ）mm Hg to compared （ n = 30, t 〉 2. 750, P 〈 0. 01 ）. （2） Experimental group Ⅱ ： contraction of plasma ET - 1 levels （46. 97±9.95 ） ng/L and its intermittent period of contraction was （38. 23 ± 8.75 ） ng/L （ n = 21, t = 3. 0242 〉 2. 831, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The normal parturient＇s contractions had increased plasma ET - 1 levels and systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure role.
