经尿道前列腺汽化电切术的手术并发症分析

目的探讨经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗良性前列腺增生的手术并发症和防治措施。方法回顾162例良性前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺汽化电切术临床资料，分析手术并发症的发生情况及茛原因、处理和预防措施。结果经尿道前列腺电切综合征3例，前列腺包膜穿孔2例，术中大出血1例，尿道狭窄3例，暂时性尿失禁5例，继发性出血8例，排尿阑难4例。结论经尿道前列腺汽化电切术是目前一种有效治疗良性前列腺增生的微创手术，减少其并发症的发生在于严格掌握手术适应证、积极治疗合并症、术中熟练的手术操作基本功及术后合理预防感染等，对并发症的早期发现及正确处理，有助降低并发症对患者造成的危害。

Analysis of the complications in the transurethral electrovaporizafion of prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

[ Abstract] Objective To explore the complications in the transurethral electrovaporization of prostate （TUVP） for benign prostatic hyperplasia and their preventions. Methods The data of 162 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasis （BPH） who underwent TUVP were reviewed and the causes, preventions and managements of complications in TUVP were an- alyzed. Results The common complications include： transurethral resection syndrome in 3 cases, prostatic capsule perforation in 2 cases, bleeding during surgery in 1 cases, urethral stricture in 3 cases, urinary incontinence in 5 cases, secondary bleeding after surgery in 8 cases, dysuria in 4 cases. Conclusion TUVP is a effective, minimally invasive technique for the treatment of BPH at present. The strict indicaton of operation, effective treatment of complication, skillful manipulation and effective control of urinary tract infection after operation can reduce the incidence of TUVP complications.
