曲美他嗪治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效观察

目的观察曲美他嗪治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将85例不稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，治疗组在常规处理的基础上，选用曲美他嗪20mg，3次／d，疗程（6周）结束后观察心电图变化和对心绞痛的影响。结果治疗组心绞痛改善，心电图ST—T改善，明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论曲美他嗪治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效肯定。

Clinical effect of Trimetazidine for unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the curative effect of Trimetazidine for unstable angina（UA）. Methods 85 patients with UA were randomly divided into two groups, control group （42 patients with UA）and curing group （43 patients with UA）. The patients of control group were cured with only regular treatment but the patients of curing group were cured with Trimetazidine 20 mg tid in the basis of regular treatment, the patients were followed up for 6 weeks with assessments including clinical evaluations and electrocardiograms. Results The improved symptom of angina pectoris and the ST - T segment elevation in ECG in the therapy group were significantly different than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It is benefical to unstable angina pectoris by giving Trimetazidine.
