| 摘 要： | 本文报告交联琼脂糖包膜活性碳微囊(CAAC)血液灌流的临床应用.结果显示:16例重度急性精神神经抑制药物中毒者,除1例后死于其他病症外,均获痊愈出院.本法安全,副反应轻微,易于预防和控制.CAAC血液灌流对一些药物中毒疗效肯定,对慢性肝性脑病或流行性出血热等提示也有治疗前途,值得深入探索

| Abstract: | In this paper the investigation of clinical use of hemoperfusion (HP) with cross-linked agarose encapsulated activated charcoal (CAAC) is reported. Our results revealed thar in 16 cases of severe acute drug (Psycho-neurodepressive) intoxication, with the exception 1 case that died of other cause 2 days later, all recovered.The modality of HP was safe, the side effect was mild and could be easily prevented. Our results proved that CAAC HP is definitely effective in the treatment of various kindsof drug intoxication,also there will be therapeutic prospect of clinical value in the therapeutics of chronic come, or eoidemic hemorrhagic fever and worth further clinical trials |
