涤纶毡片人工韧带的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察涤纶毡片植入肌肉、脂肪、皮下组织且的组织相容性差异。方法:用涤纶毡片植入60只白鼠不同部位,用组织学、电镜和ECT方法观察其与组织的反应。结果:涤纶毡片与肌肉组织相容性最好,脂肪组织次之,皮下组织对涤纶毡片有轻度排异反应。结论:涤纶毡片在不同组织存在组织相容性差异;能用于修复和重建人体受损的韧带组织。

Abstract:Objective To observe the differences of histological compatibility among the polyester felts which were embedded in muscle, fat and tissue under the skin. Methods The polyester felts were inlaid in different parts of 60 white mice. The histological examination,transmission electron microscopy and ETC were used to study its tissue reaction. Results The muscular tissues are compatible with polyester felts better compared with fat tissues. Whereas, the subcutaneous tissues showed slightly rejection to the polyester felts. Conclusion The polyester felts show differences of histological compatibility in different tissues, however they can be used to repair and rebuild the injured ligament of human body.
