| 摘 要： | 《伤寒杂病论》成书后不久即被整理、厘定、分割为《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》,治《伤寒论》者多局限在《伤寒论》方面。治《金匮要略》者多局限在《金匮要略》方面。而不能站在《伤寒杂病论》作为一个整体的高度去认识和研究仲景所论的本质正是辨治疑难杂病的专著。研究和应用《伤寒杂病论》治疗疑难杂症,贵在从整体角度研究和发掘其理论的科学性和指导性及应用性。从整体角度培养临床应用的整体素质,在整体中认识六经、脏腑等辨证论治的特点,使辨证方法相互渗透,灵活运用。

| Abstract: | Soon after the TREATISE ON FEBRILE AND MISCELLANEOUS DISEASES came out, it was systematized, collated, and separated into the TREATISE ON EXOGENOUS FEBRILE DISEASES, and SYNOPSIS OF THE GOLDEN CHAMBER. Scholars also split up into two groups, one studying the former and the other the latter rather than taking it as a whole, and thus failing to understand that it is the very book on the differential treatment of difficult and complicated cases. It is important to study and apply the TREATISE ON FEBRILE AND MISCELLANEOUS DISEASES as a whole, and to discover the scientific, instructive, and practical quality of its theories, to develop overall skills in clinical application, to learn the features of differential treatment according to six channels and zang-fu states, thus making them permeating with each other for the purpose of flexible use. |
